Welcome to MarkPlaysBass, website for freelance bass player Mark Williams.
Located on the Sunshine Coast of Queensland, Mark plays fretted, fretless,
upright and keyboard basses with over 25 years of playing experience in a
diversity of musical styles.

Mark has toured his native country of Australia extensively with acts ranging
from recording artists to independant acts, corporate shows to concept and
cover bands. He has also toured internationally performing in Europe, Japan,
Fiji, Hong Kong and China.

Additional skills include composition, arranging, album pre-production, midi
programming, and audio engineering. Mark's work can currently be found
on album projects released in Australia and internationally.
